RETURN POLICY
- Delivery of goods and acceptance
The shipment is carried out by “Chiccaeffe di Francesca Fasano” (from now on, for brevity, only chiccaeffe), as owner of the site www.chiccaeffe.eu, from the moment the consumer receives the email order confirmation (which, as specified in the 'Conditions of sale' section, is sent once receipt of payment has been confirmed by chiccaeffe) usually within 4 (four) working days.
Chiccaeffe undertakes to do everything possible in order to respect the delivery times, which it reserves the right to indicate at the time of shipment of the product (if the customer requests it), and in any case, within 30 (thirty) working days.
In the event of failure to execute the order by the seller, due to any unavailability, even temporary, of the purchased product, the seller will provide written communication to the buyer in the same manner and will refund any sums already paid to him for the payment of the product.
Should the packaging or wrapping of the ordered products reach their destination clearly damaged, the buyer is invited to refuse delivery by the carrier/shipper or to accept delivery "with reservation".
- Shipping costs, duties and taxes
The price of the products, as indicated in the conditions of sale, is that indicated on the chiccaeffe.eu website at the time the purchaser places the order. Prices include standard packaging costs, VAT (if applicable) and any indirect taxes (if applicable).
Shipping costs will instead be indicated when placing the order. If the products are to be delivered to a country not belonging to the European Union, the total price indicated in the order and reiterated in the order confirmation is inclusive of indirect taxes and net of any customs duties and any other tax on sales which the buyer hereby undertakes to pay, if due, in addition to the price indicated in the order and confirmed in the order confirmation, in accordance with the provisions of the law of the country in which the products will be delivered. The user/purchaser is invited to inquire with the competent bodies of their country of residence or destination of the products, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied in the country of residence or destination of the products.
Failure by the buyer to be aware of the costs, charges, duties, taxes and/or duties referred to above at the time of sending an order to the seller cannot constitute cause for termination of the contract and cannot in any way constitute a source to charge the aforementioned charges to the seller.
- Right of withdrawal
The consumer is granted the right to withdraw from the contract concluded pursuant to these general conditions of sale, without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from delivery of the product or, in the case of purchase of multiple products delivered separately with a single order, since the last product was delivered.

The 14 day period refers to the entire return process. That is to say that any return must return to us within 14 working days from the delivery date, under penalty of FORFEITURE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
Ex: you received the package on Monday 8 May. If you decide to return, the package must return to us by May 25th.
In the event that the package is returned without a return form and without a receipt, the return will not be accepted.
All shipping costs are non-refundable, only the value of the items will be refunded.
The risks and direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the consumer, unless the product is returned because it arrived damaged, the costs being borne by Chiccaeffe in this case and without prejudice to any subsequent verification regarding the causes of the damage suffered. from the product. If the returned goods are worn, damaged (for example with signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, deformations, necklines, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including labels, laces and any other attached element), of the original boxes and packaging and of the guarantee certificate, where present, Chiccaeffe reserves the right not to proceed with the refund. Chiccaeffe will be forced to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or returns of products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
In case of withdrawal, chiccaeffe will refund the payments received within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment in which it is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice to the right to withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the returned goods and after verification of the same. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase by the consumer in case of advance payment via PayPal or credit card, unless the consumer requests the refund with a different means of credit or wants to receive a promotional code from the refund amount to be used within 14 days.
HYPOTHESES IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED
PURSUANT TO ART. 59 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 206/2005 (SO-CALLED CONSUMER CODE) AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS, THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED in cases where the goods sold have been made "to measure" or "personalised" based on the choices of the end customer.
